Children love yoga - it makes them feel good - in their bodies and their minds! The world has become a frenetic place for children, as well as their parents. Bullying and peer pressure, family break-ups, the pressure of school work and exams - all take their toll on our young people. Yoga is a fun way for kids to stay healthy, strengthening their bodies and boosting their self esteem - and improving brain power! It's a lot easier to concentrate when you know how to clear and focus your mind - and you get a good night's sleep! At somapsyche we believe that everyone should get the chance to do yoga. So we have classes in schools and nurseries,
at after school activities,
as tasters in schools,
 in leisure centres, and even the occasional yoga centre.
We have classes for the following age groups:  Preschoolers, and Carer and Toddler classes - from 2 1/2 years Karma Club Yogini Gang - 5 - 7 years Karma Club - 8 - 12 years YogaTeens 13 - 17 years Family Yoga classes Special Family Yoga - for children with additional support needs Baby yoga - coming soon!
